I bought this product for my dorm room and so far so good. I'm currently using it to power an alarm clock, a small televison, a VCR/DVD combo, a Nintendo Wii, and a phone charger. The outlets aren't spaced for multiple transformers, meaning you'll likely be restricted to one, however, for most this won't be an issue. All in all, you really can't go wrong with this device. It's cheap, has all the features you'd expect from this type of device (power and surge protection LEDs and an on/off switch), has space for 6 devices, and gives you piece of mind against the woes of your local power grid. Highly recommended!

This is a nice surge protector for the price. I use it to ground a flat panel TV and DirecTV receiver, and it does the job. It's also compact so it allows us to push the furniture cabinet up against the wall. The price isn't bad either. All in all, good value.

If you looking for cheap surge protector here it is, and it does just what you payed for, which is mostly more outlets with some protection. That's why I bought it, however I also have a heavy duty multi protection battery powered surge as well, and if your protecting your costly equipment (TV, DVD, Blue Ray, Game System, Computer, and Computer again) then you'll want to spend the money to get a really good protector, it will pay itself back in energy bill savings. This is fine for extra outlets only in my opinion.

Good product using it for my computer. Cheap and easy to use.

We got this specifically for our bedroom because of the angled wall plug. There is only one wall outlet on the wall right behind the headboard of our bed. With two lamps and two alarm clocks, two outlets were not enough. We had a regular extension cord but we were uncomfortable with the bed pushing on it. Much happier now.

I bought this surge protector out of necessity, grabbed it off the shelf and into my cart based on the price, without paying much attention to it. If I could do it again, I'd have purchased a different one.. Don't get me wrong, it works great, but the plugs are set into the base in a way that if you have the larger boxy plugs for any of your devices, you can only plug 2 or 3 devices in at a time... it has slots for 6 plugs, but the only way you can plug 6 things in at once is if they are all standard sized plugs, but most cell phones, stereos, printers, etc, use larger plugs with a big box that covers more than one outlet, which doesn't leave room to plug anything else in! I'm constantly having to switch plugs around to make all my devices fit. Grrr!

The surge protector i purchased is heavy duty and well worth the money it was less then other stores with the best quality

I use the Dynex surge protector for my office and now I have plenty of outlets to use for all my equipment.

This power supply was purchased in the event there is a power strike so there is no real way to give a true review until something happens. For now It works perfectly.

I have purchased several Dynex 6-Outlet PC Home & Office Surge Protectors. I have brought a few for close friends. I highly recommend this product.

The price of this surge protector is within anyone's budget. A small price to pay to protect your high tech smart tv's and sound systems.

Allows for 6 devices to plug in. Distance between plugs is good, but no allowance for transformer-type plugs except for the last plug.
