I have a TINY Lenovo PC that was advertised as having an HDMI port but only has it indirectly. With this short cable, I was able to plug in the DisplayPort plug to the PC and then plug an HDMI cable into the adapter and the monitor. Worked perfectly with the first attempt to have HDMI access to my computer.

Needed this to allow an hp laptop that had display port only to connect to my HDMI monitor. Easy to use. Plug male display port end into female end of adapter, then male end of HDMI cord into female adapter. Then you can add any length of HDMI cords to plug into other devices. Works great and easy to use.

Same day pickup is main reason I purchased from Bestbuy. Product is easy to setup and works as intended. I needed to setup 2 monitors. My company issued docking station did not support hdmi connection but had dual display ports. So I needed these cables to complete the setup.

I needed this to test a computer that only had a DisplayPort output, for the price this is a good deal, especially compared to the prices of DisplayPort cables at big box stores. If you have a few days just order them online, but if you’re like me and someone needed it fixed that day this is a fine solution.

Bought this because the GPU in my build only had 1 hdmi port and the rest display port, and my monitors only had hdmi and VGA connections, so I got this to plug my second monitor into one of the display port slots with my hdmi cable. Works great and haven’t had any issues! Can’t beat it for the price.

My daugther needed to connect her laptop to the tv for a larger screen but the laptop only had one HDMI port. I connected this adapter to laptop in the video display port and I connected the HDMI to the tv. Worked perfectly and my daughter is very happy with the results.

Got this for my laptop to use my dual monitor setup in my home office. Easy to connect and worked with no issues. The next day my company deployed me a new laptop so I needed to return and Best Buy helped me out, no problem. If I got my old laptop back, I'd spend $10 to get this again.

I needed a multiple monitor setup and couldn't find a graphics card with multiple HDMI, only multiple DP, so these enable me to have the setup I need. The only problem is that the ports on the graphics card are close together & the end that connects to the card is wide.

It worked perfect on my SFF dell inspiron which had a device port , so I got this and the picture looks so good. This is an excellent tool for anybody who buys something and doesn’t look at the back, like a Desktop. Device port to hdmi looks better than hdmi to hdmi I think

This is just plug and play. Now issues with getting it to work no reason to buy the name brand. Also, buy from Microcenter since Best Buy has decided to not support small businesses that are resellers. I guess it is ok for them to make money, just not us.

I'm weird and needed a display port adapter because my graphics card only has 1 HDMI and 3 display ports. It works great!

This is a good adapter to use when you want display port compatibility when you're using an HDMI cable. This allows me to use my display port to free up my HDMI port for a second display. It's short, sturdy and works as advertised.

MY SON HELPED ME BUY THIS ADAPTER. I USE THIS IN MY COMPUTER TO THE TV AND I WATCH MOVIES ON THE TV WITH THIS. JUST PLUG IT IN AND THAT IS IT. THIS IS SO EASY. I BOUGHT THIS LAST YEAR DURING THE HOLIDAYS AND IT STILL WORKS GREAT.

Plenty of HDMI monitors and cords, few Display Port cords. This adapter was a life saver when I need it fast. Best Buy had it out to my can from online order to deliver in under an hour and it's just the cord to solve HDMI/Display Port issues.

Looks like Best buy might be switching away from Dynex to a higher price point. Smart business but bad for consumers. This product was the last purchased for 1/2 of the price. Best buy if you are reading this please continue to bring back Dynex and give consumers the choice.

This was the only sub-$15 option that had a good review list. I have always liked Dynex connectors for everything else and they didn't let me down here either. Good Quality but it does have a little too much wiggle room so it might loosen over time.

This is a great addition to our Broadcast Studio; it allows us to utilize the display inputs on our computers. There are no issues when we use them and they weren't expensive. I would recommend to buy if you need them.

Had two short HDMI cables, but needed one long one. This worked perfectly. Cheaper than the long cable i needed, and now don't have 2 short cables I don't need sitting in storage. :)

Last minute I found out that the cable I planned on using was a mini hdmi to hdmi and I needed something that would connect to displayport. This adapter worked perfectly and allowed me to connect and use my display without issue.
