I am totally satisfied with this product although I had to return the first one. Now that I have the second, it is great. Here was the problem. After a month, you are supposed to do maintenance that requires you to move a plastic switch past a minor plastic obstacle (I am sure it has a fancy name) to unlock something. Well, I could not get past the plastic thing that blocked movement. Called Dyson. They kept telling me to push harder. I tried. I asked if I could use a plyers. They said no, it would void the warranty. I asked if I could chip off the plastic piece stopping the other plastic piece from moving to the unlock position. They said no. So they told me to ship the entire unit back to them which I did, and they shipped me a replacement. No cost to me. First thing I did with the new one was to make sure the little plastic piece could move through to unlock. It could. No idea what was the problem. Very friendly customer service at Dyson. All they needed to do was ship me one piece but I got a whole unit.

Only downside is the price. It's easy to clean and it's super quiet.

I bought this Dyson Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier, expensive but she's (My wife) worth every dollar! The Dyson Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier is a great addition and words great!

Although the Dyson humidifier is rather expensive, it has made such a difference with the humidity in my bedroom. It is definitely worth the price I paid for it. I can breathe so much better during the night. It is also very quiet. For the first three days or so I could hear the water which made me wonder if something was wrong, but the noise stopped. It's so quiet that sometimes I will look to make sure it's not out of distilled water. I immediately noticed a difference after it started working and it doesn't even compare to other humidifiers I've owned.

This humidifier is AMAZING, it's a little pricey but with Dyson, it will be one reliable product, very cool to have and it will make sure that it will work with the tap water as it has its own system to clean it before using it.

Only knock is the price. Love how it can be used as just a fan, which actually emits cool air. Humidifier works great so far. Sometimes the most is not visible so can’t be certain it’s humidifying even though blue light is on. Turn it off and on again and the mist comes back.

We have tried a few humidifiers and humidifier/air cleaners but they all have failed to do what we needed, and required contstant cleaning. This humdifier has made a difference. Some reviews do not like the small tank, but we have found this humidifier uses the amount of water dependent on the dryness of the room. I like the ability of this machine to choose the level of humidity we want in the room.

It does a great job. Easy to clean, looks great, would recommend it to a friend.

All good except for the price. Pretty pricey for a air Humidifier.

I really like the Dyson Humidifier. The look is awesome. The unit is expensive but it is worth it in the end as you don't have to buy any filters. When powered on it takes a couple of minutes for the unit to start as it is killing any bacteria in the water through a ultraviolet light it uses. My only complaint is the water tank is not that big. I have to put water in it every night before I go to bed. We only use it at night also. It probably runs for about 8 or 9 hours and the tank is almost empty when we get up in the morning. Other than that I love it.

Love that it holds so much water. It will last for several days before it needs a refill

I have had many humidifiers over the years...and this one is definitely the best I've ever had. I was a little hesitant to buy it because of the cost, but since I was familiar with Dyson products, I decided to give it a try. I was definitely not disappointed. After the first nights use, I could tell the difference in breathing and sleeping. Even my two dogs who sleep in my bedroom slept noticeably better. All in all, it's just a great product.

I bought this because I have dry eyes. Got it last week. It has helped my dry eyes just a little, but not much, ALTHOUGH, it's helped my smushy faced Persian's breathing!!! If it's helping her, I guess it's saving on vet bills!

Expensive, well designed, and EXPENSIVE... I really wanted to like this humidifier but initial product always have some flaws.. It's kind of hard to clean or fill up and size was too small for my place. Very neat design but performance does not justify the high price tag.

Got a great deal from Best Buy I love the Dyson humidifier. Uses very little water and the best humidifier I have ever used.

Dyson makes great products and this is no exception. This stylish unit is easy to operate both on the device and via the included remote control and the sanitizing UV function gives peace of mind. Fan speed and humidity output is wonderful. It will monitor ambient humidity in the room and adjust according to your desired specs. One complaint would be the, albeit subtle, water gurgling noise it can make. As a light sleeper it can distract me.

After you get over the sticker shock, it's a great humidifier.

Dyson products are very nice, and this product is no exception. It works well. I do think that they are still high in price. I am also not sure how well the auto mode works. It doesn't know the outdoor temperature, just the indoor. So, if it is really cold outside, you shouldn't have the humidity level set at 55%, which it likes to do with the temperature in my home.

I use this humidifier every single night and after seeing the recent model Dyson announced I can see why this was on sale for so cheap. The new model looks to fix all the problems this one has. This thing requires so much maintenance it is ridiculous. You have to clean the tank out weekly and soak the front frame monthly. It does a great job of humidifying the room though. I would not recommend this model to anyone who lives a busy life style as it is going to take up some of your time. It also is not integrated into anything like their other wifi products so control is really basic.
