    I really hope that dyson reads these reviews snd fixes the issues as it could be a great product. I am very disappointed in the Dyson Robot Vacuum and the my Dyson app. The vacuum hardware is fanaminal but the software is so bad it makes it almost useless. The inly resson i have kept the vacum is hopes that they will improve with software updates. There has not been a single cleaning job complete without it not being able to get back to the dock. Some times it will get stuck on something other times it'll just be in the middle of the room dead as if it couldn't navigate it's way back to the dock. This it has never fully completed a cleaning job. The app is very basic compared to eco vac and rumba. As it vacums it doesnt continually refine the map. To edit anything on the map to have to redo it entirely. To out deviders between rooms yoy cant zoom in which makes it very difficult to correct position the room devide. Same with ouluning sn obsticle. It does not auto populate what time of flooring is in each room eother. Please please please improve the software. If so, its a five star.

    The battery lasts 45 minutes...... Gets stuck and it just goes round and round in the same spot. For a few minutes then it snaps out and goes again

    I’m so confused why other reviewers have given this vacuum a low rating. I am extremely satisfied with its cleaning and navigation capabilities- it’s far superior to any other robot vac that we have used previously. The battery could last a little longer, however, I’ve said that about every robot vacuum we’ve owned. I’m honestly curious how anyone could fault this product.

    Love this vacuum. Great suction and it stays charged for a while. One of the best ones we’ve ever had we loved Dyson.l!
