Best robot vac so far

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Better then 4 other vacuums we tried and one of them was roomba 10 max a couple other brands from Best Buy and this is the only one that does what it says reliably, It does on occasion need help not often at all tho. Cleans great , bagless is a plus. I’d recommend for sure.

This robot vacuum is rather quiet and is able to navigate quite well. Definitely is getting better each time it runs. I thought I would not like having to empty it every few runs, but honestly its not bad and I dont miss how loud the iRobot base is. Got it on sale and love it!

My favorite feature was that Best Buy was great at taking it back and crediting my card. Underwhelmed for a Dyson and the price, didnt really pick up like i had expected it to.

Despite the appealing sale price, this unit failed basic functionality tests. It consistently struggled to navigate, became 'lost' multiple times, and was unable to return to its base station, requiring constant manual intervention. This product is an enormous waste of money and time. It does not live up to the Dyson name or price point. I immediately returned it.

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Dyson robots have a lot of backlash when it comes to battery life, but I think that is a small price to pay when you have a unit that actually cleans your home! This vacuum has way more power than a normal robot vacuum. If you think about it, why does battery life matter so much? The point of the robot vacuum is that you are not cleaning! Your home is cleaning when you are gone. the unit cleans my home while I am gone. This is definitely the best unit there is. I love the Dyson 360 Vision Nav.

Worst ive ever used

Regardless where you put it, it cant find the dock. I mapped my entire house and it cant goto a single zone. It throws an error and then spends the next hour trying to dock again. COMPLETE JUNK

Very Disappointed with this product

At first worked like a dream but after a month it lost the mapping and only cleaned like 15% of area that it was programmed to clean… Returned item

Confused Robot

A Smart Robot Vacuum

This is a great machine! The app is easy to use and does a good job vacuuming and mapping out the house to avoid areas that I have restricted from it.

Ordered 2 and both were broken

I ordered another one and that one had software issue. I was told by customer servixe to return.
