Just ok. For the money this was a disappointment and I did return it. My favorite feature was that Best Buy was great at taking it back and crediting my card. Underwhelmed for a Dyson and the price, didnt really pick up like i had expected it to.

Never worked right out of the box. When I called Dyson support, they said the only fix was to exchange the item for a new one. Vacuum spun in circles right in front of the doc and could never find it.

I have not had good luck with robot vacuums but have loved all of the other Dyson products so I had so I thought I would give it a try. This is a great machine! The app is easy to use and does a good job vacuuming and mapping out the house to avoid areas that I have restricted from it.

Terrible intelligence so far. Mapped the house, sent it to clean a room, and it left the docked, did a few circles and then returned to home without cleaning.

Purchased and returned in one week. The mapping, suction, noise, battery life, and "vision" features are way behind the curve. Do not plan on running it at night, the unit needs to constantly light ita surroundings to navigate and the unit produces insane levels of noise compared to every other neato, Roomba and Eufy ive owned. Mapping is atrocious, it failed to proper map our floor after several attempts. The $600 eufy i just picked up maps without a stupid light, recognizes cords, sox, and other obstacles, and empties itself, all 100% reliably for 15 runs so far. Dyson missed by a long long ways

The Dyson Robot offers impressive cleaning performance with a sleek, modern design. I have no engineering knowledge to understand how this little helper effortlessly maneuvers around my house, but it is nothing short of Black Magic. The app is really cool and the whole setup process is a breeze.
I used to have a Shark robot, but it almost just pushed dirt around, picking up decently on hardwood floors, and not picking up at all on carpets. The Dyson robot... wowza! Carpets cleaned. I saw their info which referenced seeing around your house by using points like stars. I kinda rolled my eyes... I mean we don't use the stars anymore for a reason, but it does SUCH a better job than my Shark Vac or my iRobot mopper, all without running into anything! Again no idea how, but I'm a fan!
Overall, the 360 Vis Nav is a powerful and stylish robot vacuum that delivers excellent cleaning results. While it may not be the cheapest on the market, its effectiveness and design make it a strong contender for those seeking a top-of-the-line cleaning solution.

I really hope that dyson reads these reviews snd fixes the issues as it could be a great product. I am very disappointed in the Dyson Robot Vacuum and the my Dyson app.
The vacuum hardware is fanaminal but the software is so bad it makes it almost useless. The inly resson i have kept the vacum is hopes that they will improve with software updates. There has not been a single cleaning job complete without it not being able to get back to the dock. Some times it will get stuck on something other times it'll just be in the middle of the room dead as if it couldn't navigate it's way back to the dock. This it has never fully completed a cleaning job.
The app is very basic compared to eco vac and rumba. As it vacums it doesnt continually refine the map. To edit anything on the map to have to redo it entirely. To out deviders between rooms yoy cant zoom in which makes it very difficult to correct position the room devide. Same with ouluning sn obsticle. It does not auto populate what time of flooring is in each room eother. Please please please improve the software. If so, its a five star.
