    I made a purchase on May 3, 2025. I bought a Dyson hair strait. The seller also sold me a power converter so I could use it when I returned to Argentina, since the power supply in my country is different (120V-220V). The problem is that it doesn't work for me, and the seller assured me it would, so I bought it. I'd like to return it or have it replaced. How do we continue?I add the purchase to the email, if necessary I have the invoice that the seller provided me.

    Two stars for the design and look of this tool. However, this is not a alternative solution to a conventional flat iron if you have fine hair. This tool just overly dries the hair and it doesn't really give that sleek look of conventional flat irons. I felt it damaged my very fine hair, made my hair look dull, and it din't eliminate the frizz altogether . I did not use it a second time.
