I gave it to my wife as a gift. She liked the fact that it does not damage her hair. Also, it is fast and easy. The only setback is that it is a little heavy. Other than that great product.

Purchased this straightener for my wife, it was either between this or the air wrap. She decided to try this new item, knowing how it would straighten your hair with wet hair. I am not any kid of expert in this, but she treated me like one because by going to Best Buy when I asked a specialist about it, they knew a lot about it. She taught me how to use it, in reality explained it, as she just got one too and so I spoke to my wife about it when she opened it for her birthday. She is still very happy with it and has used it a bunch of times. We are still going to get the air wrap soon as the air wrap comes with a lot of items. Thank you Best Buy and thank you Dyson

I would definitely recommend it. It’s quick, give less damaged than others, and very easy to use. Worth it!

My wife is in love with this thing, you have to play with it before you master the technique. Room temperature and humidity are key things to consider.

This is amazing! It saves me time from blowing out and then flat ironing after. I still flat iron to touch up, but it's just a few passes. Overall it has reduced my hair prep time by 30%! It is easy to use, and makes my hair super shiny. The straight and shiny look holds up better than blowouts to moisture and workouts. And super easy to touch up after working out - just spray with water and run the Dyson over the sections. My only complaint - you can't really shape your hair with it, and it gets it so straight, there isn't much body. If I need fancy hair, I'll blow out the top portions after using the Dyson on the underneath. Overall - WINNER!

Bought this as a Christmas present for my wife. She loves it. It has reduced straightening her hair from over an hour to about 20min. It has heat plates that doesnt press and damage your hair. Its an amazing and unique design that works great!

Absolutely Amazing. Bought this for my wife months ago and she's been using it ever since. Its cut her "getting ready" time in half which means less time I'm spending waiting around for her to get ready. Win win Shes mentioned how much easier its been on her hair. Ive noticed that her hair looks fuller and feels softer. The only complaint she has is it can be a bit awkward but she's adapted.

It works perfectly for regular hair to dry it and straitghtened, not very much for curly hair. Worth to try and and you will love it.

While it's possible I may not be using the product correctly or with the most suitable products, I genuinely want to love it—especially considering the price I paid. That said, customer service has been exceptional; they promptly replaced my original unit when it stopped working. Overall, the product gets the job done and effectively blow dries my hair.

One of the best devices from Dyson, gave it as a gift to a friend. One issue was - I had to replace it during warranty period, but replacement arrived pretty quick and working great so far.

Excellent hair straightener like all of the Dyson beauty products. My wife likes it even more than her Dyson hair dryer. The only bad thing is she now wants me to get her the hair curler as well :-).
