So convenient, easy to use and and better for my hair! I love being able to dry and straighten in one step. The process is not as quick as just blow drying but, i dont have to then straighten as well, I'm done in one step and my hair is shiny and smooth. The best part is, so much less heat damage! The Airstraight is a little heavy, but otherwise the perfect hair tool!

While it's possible I may not be using the product correctly or with the most suitable products, I genuinely want to love it—especially considering the price I paid. That said, customer service has been exceptional; they promptly replaced my original unit when it stopped working. Overall, the product gets the job done and effectively blow dries my hair.

I'm amazed that there are technologies that make it easier to beautify a woman. It's the best thing that's ever happened to me. Drying wet hair while you straighten it is incredible. Thank you very much Dyson.

My wife is in love with this thing, you have to play with it before you master the technique. Room temperature and humidity are key things to consider.

Best product, supports both straightener and dryer

I absolutely love it! It dries and straightens my hair atvthe same time super quick. No need for blow dryer or separate flat iron.

It's easy to use, clear instructions. Inloke rhe cooling setting and I like when I place it down the air flow stops with out having to press a button. It is on the heavier side earning the 4 star rating from me.

Saves so much time for people who would normally blow dry and then straighten their hair. Only complaint is the bulkiness of the product and cord, which makes it difficult to travel with. The heat levels are also very high, so you have to be careful otherwise lots of steam will come out and potentially set off fire alarms. However, the result on my hair is beautiful and saves lots of time.
