It is the best styling system I have ever owned. I love it!

I have very thick hair that is difficult to style, I have tried other dryers and it takes too long to style and with the Dyson dryer my hair is faster and easier to style, I loved it!

it's really good but make sure to wear heat protection to not damage you're hair also takes a bit to get the hang of it but after you do it's amazing and i get my hair done soooo fast

I didn't buy into the hype when the Airwrap was first released a few years ago, and chose to stick with my T3 curling wand. However, the Airwrap is worth every penny! It's super easy to use and I don't have to worry about burning my fingers or forehead. I curl my hair after showering at night, and wake up in the morning with natural loose curls. I'll probably still use my curling wand for special occasions, but the Airwrap is absolutely amazing for everyday! Those with long hair will want to buy the long curling barrels. I'm a little sad they don't come in copper to match my Airwrap, but they make it possible to curl more hair at once without it falling off the barrel.

I recommend the Dyson! i use others tools and never works in my hair. The Dyson wow I definitely recommend it help me so much and I’m in love with this product

Buy this product only from Bestbuy, as they sell genuine item. I bought the same product from Sephora they sent me duplicate and used product which is one of the worst experiences.

The product is good but I wasn't really satisfied for the money that you spent and it’s not really helping my hair the way I wanted to be styled or maybe I just don’t know how to use it . I tried for four times already . I will practice it again .

It’s amazing you get studio level hair fast and easy. Honestly the time you save and the ability to ditch product to get the hair you want saves time and I would assume will save money. Get it you will love it, we love it!

Let me start by saying that the Dyson Airwrap is an amazing styling tool when it works. My wife was thrilled when she received it as a gift, and the first few uses yielded beautiful results. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when the Airwrap suddenly stopped working on the fourth use. We were out of town, but thankfully, Dyson's customer service was friendly and helpful over the phone. The representative walked me through troubleshooting steps, but when that didn't work, he insisted on a video conference to watch me repeat the process. While I understand the need for thoroughness, it felt a bit excessive and inconvenient. The real disappointment came when the representative informed us that we would have to return the defective unit before they would send a replacement. Considering the high price of the Airwrap (nearly $500), I was shocked that they wouldn't expedite the process to ensure customer satisfaction. We were left without a working product for an entire month, which was unacceptable. Thankfully, the replacement unit finally arrived and has been working well so far. However, the initial experience left a sour taste in our mouths. While the Airwrap is undoubtedly a great product when it functions properly, the lack of urgency and customer-centric solutions from Dyson during our time of need was disappointing. Overall, I would recommend the Dyson Airwrap with caution. It's a fantastic styling tool, but be prepared for potential hiccups and a less-than-ideal customer service experience if you encounter any issues.

Works well. Does not get as hot as other devices. This is great for wavy to straight hair.

Hard to use but just takes a lot of trial and error to figure out what works best for your hair type. I have frizzy hair and hated this tool For a looooong time because I would be a frizzy head until I got a little better with a lot of TikTok videos.
