I bought this for my daughter and she just loves it! I have seen how beautiful her hair looks after she uses it, and she reports it is easy to use and has everything to dry and style her hair. The only drawback is the cost.

I bought this Airwrap in Feb of 2022. 5 months after my warranty was up my Airwrap stopped working. Went to have it looked at and they said they THINK it’s the motor but there’s nothing they can do because it’s outside of the warranty period and they won’t replace motors on them. The Airwrap has no damage, the filter was cleaned regularly, and it was well taken care of. I had confidence in Dyson products. I ditched all of my other styling tools believe this was a reputable brand with dependable products. Now I’m out all my money and their solution is to spend another $600+ on a new machine. I spent over $500 on a machine that lasted me 2 years. What a scam.

I like it but I don’t love it. It really dried my hair out and I feel as though the style doesn’t last long enough for this purchase to be worth it…

It is awesome products. My wife loves them all. Once she lost all of them when she traveled but she replaced them with same products.

I use this to dry my hair faster and keep it from frizzing too much. A definite win in my book.

Wife has a job where "business casual" is the daily attire. This saves her a BUNCH of time in the mornings, and it seems healthier for her hair. Travel case is a nice bonus, even though it's not exactly "light". (mostly because every attachment is in there, and it's constructed of leather and a very sturdy frame/skeleton) The actual appliance is light, ergonomic, and well-designed. If your time and hair health are important, this is well worth the investment.
