After roughly three months, she got a small electric shock from the device, and it stopped working afterward. I contacted Dyson, and they asked me to send it in for diagnosis. It’s been six months now. I call once every month, and they keep saying they’ll get back to me within 24–48 hours. Do not buy from them under any circumstances. If you value your safety and your money, stay away from this brand.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At first, the cost seems outrageous, but then I opened my iron drawer and saw 8 different irons all ranging from 60.00 - 120.00 not including the three hairdryers I have, so I was able to justify the cost this way. It comes in a very "handsome" carrying case and looks exactly as its shown. The cord is a nice length and doesn't tangle. The power unit has 2 air speeds and multiple temp choices. The amount of air generated is AMAZING and its pretty easy to get the hang of - the curl attachments really curl and are so easy - just let your hair wrap around - and it doesn't tangle either! I use the flat brush with the pink tips to straighten my hair (and I have very naturally curly hair) and it looks even better than when I used a flat iron. The curl attachments give spiral curls that will hold all day - they key is to semi dry your hair before using those attachments. Downside? I really don't have one to report. This is a purchase I will make again and again and again, and YES, it replaced every iron and hair dryer I have and I've donated them to Goodwill! (that's how sold I am - I will never return to them!)

It dries my hair quickly and is easy to use. I have used the curling irons only once but it was fun and also easy to use. All of the videos on how to use this product are with long or medium hair. I have short hair and wish they would put out some tutorials for short hair.

Innovative Concept and Outstanding Results

Her hair always looked good, but now it looks better than ever. Plus it takes her less time to get ready (a bonus for me)! Many of her friends have commented on her hair, and when she revealed her "secret", they all wanted to try the Airwrap. And everyone who tried it subsequently bought one. While the cost is high, so is the value. No hesitation in highly recommending this product -- it has certainly been one of the best gifts I have given.
