Unfortunately I ended up returning it. Not because it wasn't good or it was a bad quality, but let 's say I am old fashioned and I'm used to the old curler. My daughter like it, but I didn't think an eleven year old was going to really use the airwrap like an adult. It wasn't heavy at all and I liked all the accessories it came with.

Shes loved it has been using it just about every day. ( for the price I hope so lol) She says it does it all and that she can now get rid of most of her other hair iron products (thank god)

I read all of the negative reviews. I typically try to minimize heat. I'm absolutely love the airwrap and have used the smoothing brush and curling barrels. I wasn't concerned with my hair being pinstraight. It had great body and looked like it had been professionally styled. It's pricey but if you are trying to minimize heat damage you should give it a try.

Awesome gift idea

You can tell her hair looks healthier when she uses this and it helps get the tanlges out for sure. She likes the curling part and the hair drying attachment works 95% as well as the stand alone Dyson Hair dryer. Fantastic gift idea or way to spoil yourself. Considering half my head is shaved down to a 1/2 I can't say I've used it much, but she loves it.

Good but expensive
