From the one hand it not a bad device, but from the other - it not worth it. It is over priced! Could you get a same results with another cheaper device? - yes. Is it damage your hair less than another cheaper devivice? - yes. Is it easy to use? - No So let's say this, if it costed me 100$ max, I would be happy with it. But 550$? No. It's not worth it.

Amazing. I have super thick curly/wavy hair and I went from soaking wet to curled in less than 20 minutes (shoulder length hair). Had I purchased this last summer I wouldn’t have chopped my hair off! Best purchase I’ve ever made for my hair.

For the price it better be. Probably could have saved some money and just purchased the hair dryer but having the air wrap with all the different attachments is definitely pretty awesome. Love that BestBuy had 1 year same as cash financing to make it easier on the budget. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone that blow dries their hair and wants to keep it healthy at the same time.

After that point, the device started overheating when ever it was set to highest speed. Bestbuy offered no returns (apparently they only give their customers 14 days to return faulty equipment they sold to them). For how expensive this is, I was disappointed that the product was defective to begin with. Dyson luckily has their own warranty and they immediately offered to take the item back, and send a new one. I sent the old one in, and I am still waiting for the new one. Hopefully it does not break on me in less than 4 uses.
