After that point, the device started overheating when ever it was set to highest speed. Bestbuy offered no returns (apparently they only give their customers 14 days to return faulty equipment they sold to them). For how expensive this is, I was disappointed that the product was defective to begin with. Dyson luckily has their own warranty and they immediately offered to take the item back, and send a new one. I sent the old one in, and I am still waiting for the new one. Hopefully it does not break on me in less than 4 uses.

I use this everyday and I have NOT touched any of my other styling tools since I purchased this. There is a learning curve with the curling wands, but watch some youtube reviews and you will get it in no time. I absolutely love it. I love how my hair looks and feels. I have received so many compliments, even from my hair stylist. I would recommend this in a heartbeat.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have textured hair (curly but not beautiful curls) and have been wearing it straight by ironing it for years Typically i had to wait for it to air dry on a bun or something to then iron it, which would take a full day To air dry with regular blower, wouldn’t work This works. I now bow the hair with this in about 15 minutes and 15 more minutes maximum to iron So i am happy wit it There are a few things: 1. I hope there was a smaller flat brush (I believe they now have and may buy it) 2. The front on off button is just under my thumb and turn off several times press by my thumb by mistake So i give four stars because it is so expensive it should be perfect and its not
