It is too expensive for all the issues it has. The first machine I got I had to return because a small section of the attachment connector lining melted, so the attachments fell off while using it. I am not sure how the melting happened since I never abused the machine. I asked for a replacement, and now the replacement has stopped working. At first, it was cutting off after a few seconds and flashing a white light. Now, it is flashing red and does not turn on. I am out of warranty, so I cannot get another replacement. I will take it to the service center to see if it can be fixed. I am so disappointed with all the issues I have had with the Airwrap. I have never had any issues with my other Dyson products.

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that in your use, you found the Dyson Airwrap to be so heavy to use. The Airwrap does have a learning curve to it. For best results, start with freshly washed hair. All three brushes can be used on wet hair, but the barrels work best on damp hair. Use the Pre-styling dryer to dry hair to damp before styling with the barrels. When your hair is damp dry, it will look dry but feel cold to the touch.
