After reading the reviews I was nervous to try it but with my shoulder length hair it easily styled my hair into loose, bouncy, body in a matter of minutes. Expensive but worth it considering all I've spent through the years looking for this.

I only had it for a year and four months. I expected my styling tool to have lasted longer than that based on how much I paid.

Multi use tool

I was excited to ditch some of my older tools and have everything I need with this. This tool will not curl my hair. It’s fairly challenging to curl the part of your hair you want, without it grabbing more hair. My hair stays curled for about 5 minutes and then is completely straight. My other, much cheaper, curling irons do a much better job. I wish I could return this product, it was very pricey.

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If your experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.
