Wife couldn’t be happier it was a great purchase she loves playing with all the attachments

It’s a great product when it works. This is my second one. When you pay an excessive amount for a product you expect it to work properly for many years to come. 1st one brand new out the box. Second use it wouldn’t work because it was over heating. Meanwhile it says filter needed to be cleaned so it wouldn’t work. But it was new, filter wasn’t dirty. Look online and it’s a common problem. So buyer beware! Looks like a crap shoot! Buy if you want to gamble $500

Does not curl your hair, the curls fall out within thirty minutes, if it curls at all. I followed the instructions watched Tutorials, nothing works. If you have fine strait hair, don’t waste your money. Huge waste of money.

I absolutely love the airwrap. I was hesitant to purchase it because of the price but now I’m glad I did. I no longer need multiple hair tools to style my hair. It takes some time to get used to using it, but once you do, you’ll never go back to your old ways of styling.

Makes my hair so smooth and voluminous. I’ve never had beautiful hair when traveling. Just went to Arizona and my hair was gorgeous and I didn’t feel like I was bring so many hair products. I just brought the wand, hair dryer attachment and the round brush! 10x recommend buying

Beautiful, has an expensive look and feels like quality. I'm very awkward with stying tools and did return it, couldn't justify the price for something I couldn't get the hang of. For someone else, it can replace a variety of stying tools and along with the quality, can easily be worth the price.

Order# bby01-806722611582 I got this item for my wife as a gift for Christmas online. It arrived on time. But when she opened it the packaging was loosely not securely packed and looked previously opened and repackaged. and there was blonde hair all over the inside of the tools (I took pictures). The cord is all jumbled up and the lid from the box was not fully closed and backwards. How disappointing and disgusting! Considering I paid over $600 for this item and it comes in used. I expected much more from bestbuy and Dyson. What a disappointing thing to open on Christmas Eve. And we live over an hour from any Best Buy. And now this item is out of stock and deal with the hassle of returning etc etc. I would like to see how we can resolve this. All photos were taking before we touched it after we removed the lid. And looks like snot? Is on the actual device

Difficult to find in stock! I bought this for my girlfriend's birthday. Searched everywhere like Sephora, Ulta, and Bed Bath and Beyound. Best Buy has always had my back, especially when I pre-ordered my Playstation 5 and XBOX Series X

This is a fantastic product that I gave as Christmas present to a friend of mine. She was initially reluctant as she has short/straight hair. She tried it the first time and then started loving it. Would recommend to anyone who has a bit long hair and wants to style it everyday.

I know nothing about hair styling products, but my wife sure loves it! For what it's worth, the rest of the women in her family love it too, so it must do what it does very well. Comes in a very nice leather case, which was a nice surprise (though it should considering the price).

Made with good quality but the fact that you pay this much to have to learn how to use the product is what made me return the items. Also not thick hair friendly…

This gives my fine hair so much volume - it's really noticeable! I don't have to use as much heat as with an iron, and the curl stays longer, even overnight! At first it did take a bit of time to keep switching the directional curl attachments, but I've gotten into a routine.

This thing is the best. The best. Doesn’t get over-hot yet dries amazingly. Will not burn your fingers or skin. Very high quality of course. Beautiful case. Looked at this a couple of years ago and should have bought one then. Worth the price so cool. You will love it I promise.

I purchase this for my wife due to all the hair equipment she uses. This is to replace all the products and comes with nifty travel bag. Does everything it promises. She was able to curl her hair with less heat involved. She really loves it. Check out the video reviews on YouTube.

my daughter asked for this and I thought it was way overpriced. But once she got it and I watched her use it, it is just that good. I am very happy with this and if there are any dad's questioning it, just go for it. They will love it.
