I use it nearly daily and it works so well it's fun to play. My hair is shiny and less damaged due to the heat.

My hair used to be so frizzy and this helped so much. The firm smoothing brush is a game changer, I've practiced a little bit of a curler but I'm not an expert just yet.

Dyson replaced with new one as under warranty. Second one died again after a year. Dyson itself has poor customer service and this is not that greatly made hair drier. Drier itself is fabulous but comes with complications. (Yes I cleaned filter).

This doesnt even seem like the limited edition product. Seemed like a dupe to me when compared to what i saw at store. Best buy online CS agent was not able to do anything and mentioned on going to a store which is 135 miles away to talk to the manager.

In a way, the $600 investment is worth it. It comes with so many styling tools and she loves how she can do so much with it.

I purchased it as a gift for my wife, but learned that her hair is too short and too fine for it to be of any use to her. This will work very well for people who have longer hair, but it does not work for those with short, fine hair.

That makes styling my hair a pretty painful experience usually. With this product, it is completely painless. I absolutely love it! The case it comes in is very pretty also.

Works pretty good but too pricey

The dryer is good but again not better than my $125 Baby Bliss. If the unit cost $100 I would keep it, but it just isn’t special enough to justify the price. The cord is also clumsy and heavy.

The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If your experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls. I didn't realize it doubles as a blowdryer so now I don't use my Dyson standalone dryer much anymore. Oh, and FYI, it comes in a HUGE case.

I will say that the hair has more volume and lasts longer with the Airwrap than with my curling iron. If it weren’t for the extended time to get ready and the price, I would have given it 5 stars.

I curl my hair and I still have curl (looser) until the next washing. If I blow it straight, that stays, too. I love this! I got the entire set - it is pricy, but nothing has worked like this ever!
