    Great at preventing heat damage

    Great at styling hair, but it takes 40 minutes to do my hair now, where the curling iron only takes 15. I will say that the hair has more volume and lasts longer with the Airwrap than with my curling iron. If it weren’t for the extended time to get ready and the price, I would have given it 5 stars.

    I ordered this product online. UPS delivered to a different address. UPS ran an investigation and determined that in fact it wasn't delivered to my address and referred the claim back to the sender (bestbuy). It has been almost a month and I have not gotten a replacement or refund. Every time I call into customer service, they give me the run around. UNACCEPTABLE! terrible experience.

    It’s a 500.00 hair dryer. My wife loves it and I’m a hero now. A year later and it’s going strong. Though buyer beware…you can only use it as an excuse to get stuff you want for only so long.

    Works amazing. The noise level is not bad at all for how much force it puts out. Had a cleanable screen on the bottom threat removes. The care case working amazing. Quantity is great but won’t allow me to pick it.

    Bought this as a gift for my wife and she LOVES it! It's a little expensive, but the Dyson warranty and smile on my wife's face all make it worth it. Instructions weren't the best on how to use, but nothing some youtube research can't help with.

    I love how one may select the desired heat and velocity. There is even a cool button to set the curl. The grip is comfortable and the unit resembles a Star Wars Lightsaber which looks really cool. The storage chest is quality construction.

    Love it but it quit working within three months Makes me sad it died like a cheap dryer. It was brand new and it’s been my experience to Dyson products work really well and last a long time.

    I have very thick, corse hair and it usually takes me well over an hour to dry my hair and either curl or straighten it. It only takes me 15 minutes from start to finish with this. I love it! My hair feels very silky and great volume.

    I have never been able to give myself a blow out until I purchased this. My arms would get tired from holding the brush and blow dryer. I can curl, blow dry and style with one tool! A little pricy but you get what you pay for

    I love my new dyson styler. It used to take more than 30 minutes to blow dry my thick long hair. The dyson gets the job done in 20 minutes (blow dry and curling at the same time) with salon quality results. Highly recommend it!

    Bought this for my wife, and she can’t stop having a smile on her face everytime she uses it. Loves it because she can do so many different styles without having to use different machines, and it doesn’t fry her hair when she straightens it!

    Ive received an incomplete order cleaning brush is missing and a 2 heat settings dyson where it should actually be 3/4 heat settings based on the data. This doesnt even seem like the limited edition product. Seemed like a dupe to me when compared to what i saw at store. Best buy online CS agent was not able to do anything and mentioned on going to a store which is 135 miles away to talk to the manager.

    I really wanted this dryer. I had patience to learn how to use it. 3rd day only got thru have my hair before it stopped working. 3-5 minutes between 1 inch strips before it come on again. Day 4, thinking that I need to work faster to avoid overheat, Remove tool, wait, replace tool, use 45 Seconds, overheat cycle again. Nope. Still stops working after every curl. No spays, cleaned filter. expected much better performance for $550. Four uses 2 failures. I really wanted this dryer, so bummed. Going back today.

    This works great. Dyson delivers again. Dries hair faster, cooler settings to use on your kids (grandkids). My family love it. It is expensive, but you will not need any other products for your hair and you will use on everyone.

    I surprised my wife with his item - we had seen it advertised, and she had expressed some interest. There was somewhat of a learning curve to use this product, but the on-line videos were great and she doesn't know how she ever did without it.
