I was saving all my points with Ulta but my hunny surprised me with it on my birthday. I was so excited and ready to use it. To my surprise that excitement soon turned to oh oh, I don’t know how to use it. The curling tools I have not been able to use even after watching the video several, multiple times. It’s almost like needed two extra hands and eyes on the back of your head. The blow dryer piece and a couple of the brushes are awesome. The round brushed my hair frizzy and too many fly always. So, I’m conclusion, is it worth the 600 dollars? In my opinion, or in my case, no. The other downfall is that it doesn’t come with a diffuser and the diffuser from the blow dryer is not compatible. :( I will need to buy a blow dryer just for this. This is my reason for giving it 3 stars.

Nice product with a learning curve

The case helps manage all the pieces. (The hair dryer is not the same as the stand alone version. It’s to get your hair to damp.)

One of the big advantages is that I don't burn myself on a curling iron. Uses less heat and I can do my hair faster.

It is a pain sometimes to keep changing the attachments.

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If you're experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

My long, thick hair goes from soaking wet to styled completely in under 10 minutes. NO MORE FLAT IRON.

I needed to get USA one to use locally. it's expensive but worth every penny. my only complaint is that it is not a dual voltage like some of other hair tools that I have, so I don't have to take 2 machines for the travel abroad.

Hair is dried and styled/curled/straightened in less than 10 minutes, does not pull my hair, does not fry my hair and people have been telling my how great my hair looks.

Would not heat at all when trying to use temperature switches. Luckily my sister has one so we were able to compare the experience to confirm. Contacted Dyson support, after going back and forth for a bit my options were either to have the product repaired, send in for an exchange without a replacement ETA, or return product to retail store. Ended up returning to Best Buy.
