There is a huge learning curve it takes awhile to get the hang of it. 2. got the full system however the barrels included only work for short hair. 3. After purchasing additional barrels for long hair and getting past the learning curve it would only turn on for a few seconds at a time.

Posted .Hi Mimi, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm so sorry that we missed the mark on the shorter barrels that come standard with the Dyson Airwrap™ styler. I am, however, happy to hear that you do have the longer barrels which you should find do work better for longer or thicker hair. There is definitely a learning curve to using the Airwrap™. For a product you spend so much it was very disappointing. I contacted Dyson and they easily replaced it with a new one without any extra charge.
