I really like how light it is And love the brush attachment unfortunately I’m still getting used to using the curling wand I haven’t had a successful curl yet.

We're glad to hear that you've found the Airwrap so light in weight and easy-to-use. We're also happy to hear how much you love the brush attachment. All three brushes can be used on wet hair, but the barrels work best on damp hair. Use the Pre-styling dryer to dry hair to damp before styling with the barrels. When your hair is damp dry, it will look dry but feel cold to the touch.
The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If you're experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

Got a lemon

I have used this item at my daughters and I loved it. I think mine was just a lemon.

There are far less expensive tools that do the same thing. Love my dyson hair dryer, but this thing is a gimmick. The ‘hair wrapping technology’ is so sloppy and definitely not the modern coveted beach wave style. Takes too long, sloppy, and overpriced. Very disappointed- I returned after two days.

I still have to use straightening iron to calm the curls on top. The curling is Beautiful but doesn’t last long. Even with hair spray. I tried all the tips on You tube. Debating returning it.

While I am happy to learn that you've found the curling to be so beautiful with the use of this styler, I'm sorry that your curls aren't lasting longer. Dyson Airwrap™ uses powerful airflow and controlled heat to style and dry at the same time, with no extreme heat. Intelligent heat control measures air temperature over 20 times a second to prevent extreme heat temperature. Also, the Dyson Airwrap™ styler has been designed with a pre-styling dryer to dry hair to damp before styling with the included barrels. We recommend damp hair when styling with the Dyson Airwrap™ rather than wet hair. If you are finding that your curls are not holding, I would recommend starting with damper hair, and also utilizing the cool shot feature for a longer period of time, to really allow the curl to set.

I’m not too crazy about it.

The round brush is too small. In order to style the curls your hair has to be almost dry. I’m just not feeling it. To me not worth the money. I do have the dyson dryer and that I like.

No Dual Voltage?

Anything you buy now a days, even smallest and cheapest electronics, would have dual voltage. I have thick hair and it does 90% of the job to straighten but I always need flat iron to get a nice smooth finish. This is a great product, no doubt but I hate the fact that I cannot travel with this. I realized this late and now I can not even return it .
