It sounds like this retailer does also ship using the same method. We would always suggest inquiring with the retailer, pre-purchase, to check how they ship to avoid any issues like what you have described here.

Nice products but its not worth the money

It’s May be work for someone but not for me. I’ve been waiting for it for so long. So happy when it’s available to order but too bad i have to return it due to results. Not worth for the cost. The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If you're experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

The Dyson Airwrap does require routine maintenance to ensure it performs at the optimal level. This maintenance is outlined in the user manual, and depending on your uses, you may have to do maintenance more often.

This was given me the best blowouts with hair compliments each time. I use this everyday to retouch my hair. The only thing that is a con is the small attachment for the curls unless you purchase the bigger ones which is additional cost but I know the newer version comes with the bigger attachment for that . My dyson is my everything since 2021!!!
