    Amazing product. Bought this as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it, it has all the attachments she needs to get her hair styled the way she wants it.

    Extremely disappointed with this. This was a christmas gift for my fiancé and out of the box the bluetooth does not work. According to dyson the bluetooth had been disabled and after following the troubleshooting it still would not turn on. For $600 brand new something like this is expected to work out of the box and it falls short. The product can not be added to the app for registration or to use the features of the app like the instruction video. This is unacceptable by dyson and this product does not work as intended. I would not buy this and I would go with a Shark instead. This product was supposed to be reliable, easy to use, work as intended but unfortunately it is a bust. Dyson needs to figure this out and have a severe reduction in price for such a faulty product.

    It’s a great product but not worth the price. It’s easy to use and gives you great curled. It’s perfect for thin easy to manage hair but not that much control for thicker hair. For a smooth blowdry

    How this has so many high reviews I’ll never know. I love Dyson and have multiple of their products in my home including the dryer and the straightener. I wanted to love this so bad, but it’s not work the $$. Your hair will look amazing for 3 minutes and then fall completely flat. I do have thin hair so maybe that was a factor. Took it back after multiple different attempts

    I loved my Dyson Airwrap for the 3 years that it worked. Only a 2 year warranty for this $600 hair tool? Really Dyson? We know you can do better than that. Yes, I literally got sucked in. Dyson repair quoted me $180 to fix it. Dyson you suck!

    Love this ! My husband bought this for my birthday, while expensive, you do get alot of attachments so I don't think it's too bad.

      Hi there, this is Jenifer with Dyson. We're sorry that you are having an issue with Airwrap™ hairstyler. If it is shutting off, this could be due to there being a blockage of air. The machine is designed to shut off automatically when there is a blockage to protect the motor from overheating.     Did not hold the curl in the hair was not worth the price i paid i have other dyson product and love it that is why i bought this

    Bought this for my girlfriend for our 3-year anniversary. Excellent craftmanship by Dyson, the Airwrap is an incredible innovation in hair-drying technology. The build quality is immaculate with a beautiful color selection and fantastic unboxing experience. The price point may seem a little steep, but I believe it is 100% worth the money

    I wanted to love this so badly but it does not live up to the hype. I have curly roots and the tool did not smooth them at all! Had to use a flat iron to get the look of a blowout, and the curl tool didn’t even hold til I was finished drying my whole head. My $25 Revlon instyler works better. But worst of all, this “non damaging” tool ripped out a chunk of hair in the back

    Great product my wife was so happy. It's a little expensive, but my wife told me that it's worth every single dollar I paid. She told me that I takes lees time to do her hair, specially the curls. Plus she doesn't have to use the iron to flatten her hair. I even tried the blower myself and it is pretty dam good. Really recommend this product.

    Wonderful product although pricey. Had already purchased one in Middle East but because of the voltage- needed a US 120 - wish it worked 220 like the vacuum… but now I can travel with my own personal hair dresser!

    Got my girlfriend one for Christmas in 2022, she had it and loved it for about 6-7 months until it suddenly didn’t turn on. Luckily had protection on it and got it swapped with a new one, that one died within a month. 3rd replacement lasted 2 months, all with the same no power issue. Honestly i can’t remember if its been 3 or 4 that we’ve had, which is a terrible thing for something so expensive. 3-4 of these within a year is absurd. Buyer beware!

    1/10, save your money

    I was told that if I purchased the warranty, I would get my money back or would be able to exchange it for a new machine. I didn’t get my money back, I was told that I could get a store credit. Just be aware if you decide to purchase the warranty! Additionally, I believe the machine just wasn’t a good fit for my hair type. I have really thick hair and it wasn’t doing a good job getting my roots straight, so I returned it.
