I wanted to like it but the price and the fact that the head pieces connecting to the main part were not sitting right it chipped a piece on the inside and while still functionally ok and purely esthetic I was expecting way higher quality and didn’t want to risk it breaking.

Lasted 4 months and now there is no power. I tried all of their troubleshooting ideas but there is still no power. I can't return it to Best Buy after 30 days, so I am now jumping through 4 months of hoops to send a $650 hair dryer back to Dyson to get repaired. (Not replaced but repaired). Customer service is completely useless and unknowledgeable. call 10 people and get 10 different answers. Save yourself a million headaches and don't buy a Dyson product of any kind, or simply Google how good Dyson customer support is and read for yourself. Complete scam.

Not worth it

BUT the round brush attachment falls off during use! This is not acceptable for a $600 hair dryer! Apparently this is a known issue as there are many people on Reddit complaining about the same issue. Not worth it
