I have fine hair and I do think it is gentler on my hair with the cool setting I can dry without damaging like a hot dryer. The price is ridiculous.

The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If your experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

Great product, but difficult to learn

It works exactly how a top of the line hair product should. "flawless". The only down side has been the learning curve with it.

She has been having issues with damaged hair recently and I came accross this. It is FAR more gentle on hair as it's not a direct heat plate, but instead hot air.

This is well worth money I’ve spent! Saves me time and is so easy to use. My hair feels great. It works great for me. I have thick processed wavy hair long length.

There's also a learning curve to it and I found that it's hard to keep the curls separated while using it.

Your hair really really does look like a salon blowout! The curling part is nice, just difficult to use. Watch YouTube videos and you”ll get the hang of it eventually.

I received compliments from people I don’t know about how my hair looked. It looked like I had stepped out of a salon. I had no idea that this machine would be so life changing! It really works!

My wife, who has very very straight hair has stated this device is amazing. She has tired a ton of devices to curl her hair, and with this, she has figured out this is the only device that works. She will now never use the other 5+ hair drying /curling devices that we have cluttered throughout our closets/ bathrooms ever again. It is an even great hair dyer. So if your curious if she will like it... just buy it cause she will. We will see how well is hold ups because if it breaks because I may have a stroke knowing that she will need to immediately replace it.
