Let me start by saying that the Dyson Airwrap is an amazing styling tool when it works. My wife was thrilled when she received it as a gift, and the first few uses yielded beautiful results. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when the Airwrap suddenly stopped working on the fourth use. We were out of town, but thankfully, Dyson's customer service was friendly and helpful over the phone. The representative walked me through troubleshooting steps, but when that didn't work, he insisted on a video conference to watch me repeat the process. While I understand the need for thoroughness, it felt a bit excessive and inconvenient. The real disappointment came when the representative informed us that we would have to return the defective unit before they would send a replacement. Considering the high price of the Airwrap (nearly $500), I was shocked that they wouldn't expedite the process to ensure customer satisfaction. We were left without a working product for an entire month, which was unacceptable. Thankfully, the replacement unit finally arrived and has been working well so far. However, the initial experience left a sour taste in our mouths. While the Airwrap is undoubtedly a great product when it functions properly, the lack of urgency and customer-centric solutions from Dyson during our time of need was disappointing. Overall, I would recommend the Dyson Airwrap with caution. It's a fantastic styling tool, but be prepared for potential hiccups and a less-than-ideal customer service experience if you encounter any issues.

I definitely don’t recommend this. Curls don’t hold at all. I do like the hair dryer but that’s about it. Great quality just don’t think it’s worth it for the money.

Wife and daughter love it! Has all the options for styling along with being able to do so while hair is still wet is phenomenal.

i purchased as a gift for my daughter and she loves the AirWrap. The ability to simultaneously dry and style saves time and leaves her hair smooth with soft waves.

There will be life before AirWrap and life after AirWrap. Once yoi try AirWrap you can't go back. A must get item. It is not recommended for very short hair.

Great product for a nice salon hair from home. I still use my dyson flat iron for the quick curls, but when i need a little more flair, Airwrap is the way to go.

I purchased this for my wife's birthday as she had stated in the past that it takes her awhile to get ready everyday due to her longer hair. Thought it may help decrease her time to style her hair. Works great and she has cut her style time in half. Solid construction, quieter and more efficient than a standard hair dryer (replaces a hair dryer and has also replaced her CHI) and has numerous attachments depending on desired hair style. She hasn't even begun to dig deeper into the many things she can now do regarding styling her hair but still loves the gift. Would purchase again!
