The ease of use and the lower reduces the damage that is caused by traditional curling irons. My experience with Bestbuy online has been the best, hassle free and deliver was spot on.

I have very thick, fine hair with course waves throughout. To straighten, I used the blower to get it 1/2 dry. The. I switched to the brush with the plastic tips. I then finished with the other brush head. If I used the round brush, my hair got frizzy. I couldn’t get my hair to hold a curl with the rollers. It looked great on the first half, but by the time I made it to the other half of my hair, the curl fell out. I died using different products, but bottom line, I have too much hair for this tool. I think the heat needs to be added . The blowing aspect with the rollers actually pushes the hair away and doesn’t “grab” it until it’s completely dry. I also wish, I could make a custom kit that has the pieces I wanted with the dryer.

The Dyson Airwrap Complete Styler was designed for those who want the versatility of a styler to create curls and waves, or a smooth finish. Dyson Airwrap wraps entirely through the use of airflow and the naturally occurring phenomenon of the Coanda effect. Air, when propelled at the right speed and pressure, naturally follows an adjacent surface, entraining surrounding air. The Dyson Airwrap styler creates a spinning vortex of air around the barrel that attracts, wraps and curls hair. The combination of damp hair, airflow and not applying extreme heat to hair during the drying process helps to lock in your style, whether you're looking for a straight finish, waves or curls.
The Airwrap can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If your experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls. If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

It is too expensive for all the issues it has. The first machine I got I had to return because a small section of the attachment connector lining melted, so the attachments fell off while using it. I am not sure how the melting happened since I never abused the machine. I asked for a replacement, and now the replacement has stopped working. At first, it was cutting off after a few seconds and flashing a white light. Now, it is flashing red and does not turn on. I am out of warranty, so I cannot get another replacement. I will take it to the service center to see if it can be fixed. I am so disappointed with all the issues I have had with the Airwrap. I have never had any issues with my other Dyson products.
