I was told not to use heat to dry it and the frizz was out of control. This styling kit is great because now I just towel dry until damp and let the styling elements more or less rapidly air dry it. The Coanda takes some time to figure out how to use properly and curls don't stay out as long since you're not using a lot of heat, but overall, I like what this does.

It stopped working properly again after couple months then tried to return it and said return period expired! Not happy with Best Buy or Airwrap.
