Finally got my Best Buy points and also the cash to pay for it. It’s beautiful presentation. It works very well! However, I don’t know that for the price it does anything better than da blow dryer and round brush will do. The Conair blow dry and styler is a much better bang for your buck.

I’ve already sent it out for a warranty replacement and I bought this in February. I am not someone who styles my hair on the daily so this Airwrap was used gently. Such a shame but I have already decided that if the new one stops working I will return for good. I have no use for a $650 paper weight.

I bought her the Dyson hair dryer and curling iron for our anniversary . She says the quality and performance of the appliances are great. I would recommend this, especially as a gift.

The styling brush is nice along with the smoothing and volume brush. But the wands are useless til my hair grows out. But a really nice product..

The outcome is that I have to involve law enforcement to resolve the issue. Now I am facing a $600 loss and have not received the product. I attempted to contact the address where it was delivered, but it does not exist. They provided a picture of the porch area, but the phone number is also nonexistent. I am extremely dissatisfied.

I had 3 vacuum...hair dryer and iron...I love my stuff...But this wrap its not worth over 600$ this is crazy

I would recommend the warranty from BestBuy as well; it allows you to be worry free while using the machine. High recommended!

The hit brush attachment gets my hair straight enough so that I don’t have to reach for the flat iron. As my hair is past my shoulders, I would have liked the option to buy the kit with the “long length” curl attachments. I use the regular ones it came with and it works, but the long ones would likely be more optimal.

I love it! If you have long hair I suggest finding one that has the long barrels but if not then you will want to buy the long barrels!

It styles your hair too! good package!

You still need your flat iron. It takes some time to figure out how to use it but I have never been a stying pro. It heats up quickly and burns you if you are not careful. It doesn't provide you a huge plus if you just need a curler.
