Unfortunately, their support isn't great. Thankfully, we have only had a single problem with the intake screen not working properly. My wife loves it otherwise and overall she is happy with the versatility and functionality.

It takes a little bit of getting use to but once you get it, its amazing! Only downside is its cost and not sure if I could recommend to friends unless the cost came down.

I use it little, so I don't understand why the filter gets dirty. For the rest it is fine, it is practical, light, and its accessories

She says it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought her. She says it does all this stuff with her hair that people would normally go to the “blowout” store for - whatever that means.

It has tremendous efficiency! It is lightweight, heats hair fast, and the accessories are all useful.

It gives your hair some shiny effect and smooth texture. Although, it's not easy to curl it up using the 4 different curl piece it takes patience and you need to practice using it. The curls did not stay long.

Posted .Hello Beth, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're happy to hear that in your use thus far, you've found that the Airwrap has been leaving your hair so shiny and smooth. The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If you're experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

I love it!! The only thing that’s hard to use it the curling attachments as it takes a special technique to have cute curls.

It does hair easily, beautifully and leaves a shine without almost burning your hair like the irons do. Great buy and easily expanded.

The blow dryer is so good I bought the regular Dyson blow dryer. It’s awesome!!
