I called Dyson, waited on hold for 30 minutes to learn what I already knew, product had to be exchanged. When you pay $500+, the product should work.

It doesn’t do anything more than a regular hairdryer and hair tools do. If you plan on using the styling tools be sure to have plenty of time on your hands

If you're not in a hurry and want to change out the attachments, sometimes several times, its a great hairdryer. It might work better with longer hair. I have medium length hair that is thick. It takes a little longer than the videos to dry.
