    My wife loves this product. She uses it daily and brags about how well it performs. She would rate it a five star if it had come with the longer barrels that you have to purchase separately.

    Used it twice then started getting flashing lights. Even with all their trouble shooting was a defective unit apparently. Had to contact dyson support only to be told it needed to be replaced by dyson. I mean for $599 this thing should last more than 2 uses. Returning to Best Buy and waiting for the Shark to come back in stock.
