Wonderful product although pricey. Had already purchased one in Middle East but because of the voltage- needed a US 120 - wish it worked 220 like the vacuum… but now I can travel with my own personal hair dresser!

Got my girlfriend one for Christmas in 2022, she had it and loved it for about 6-7 months until it suddenly didn’t turn on. Luckily had protection on it and got it swapped with a new one, that one died within a month. 3rd replacement lasted 2 months, all with the same no power issue. Honestly i can’t remember if its been 3 or 4 that we’ve had, which is a terrible thing for something so expensive. 3-4 of these within a year is absurd. Buyer beware!

I was told that if I purchased the warranty, I would get my money back or would be able to exchange it for a new machine. I didn’t get my money back, I was told that I could get a store credit. Just be aware if you decide to purchase the warranty! Additionally, I believe the machine just wasn’t a good fit for my hair type. I have really thick hair and it wasn’t doing a good job getting my roots straight, so I returned it.

Did not curl hair as advertised, it used heat more than air. More work than what was expected.

What is my daughter she absolutely loves it uses it everyday. Also being a part of total tech member there was a price drop and I was able to get a price adjustment of $120 no questions asked.

I ft my sister and her first question was "did you go to the hair salon today?" I had been doing my research before this investment but after trying it, I can't believe I didn't purchase it sooner!!

So easy to use. Mine quit blowing hot air within a month, wanted to exchange for another but now they are out of stock. Can’t wait to get another!

I was super excited for this product, but sadly, it doesn't work properly. Every time I would turn it off to switch styling tools, it would start blinking saying the filter needed to be clean. I didn't understand why because it was brand new from the box. So I followed the directions are cleaned the already clean air filter. I never made it through a full blow dry. It would literally stop, refuse to turn back on and blink at me...10 seconds of dry time, over 5 minutes of fighting with it to get to back on. I used it twice to end up with half dry hair... too expensive for that kind of aggravation. Expensive piece of junk.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves it,its been almost 2 years now and she still uses it regularly

Worth every penny! Saves so much time and the fact that it doesnt get as hot as regular tools is a plus! Buy it!

Received the Dyson as a gift and it shorted the second time I used it. Checked various outlets and confirmed it was in fact the Dyson. For a brand new product you would think this wouldn’t happen, but nope. Sadly I has a very poor experience with this product.

It was going on and off the first year problem with the cable, problem still not fixed. I was thinking that I can bring it to Best Buy for repair but they told me that I need to contact Dyson. Not worth the money!!!

So excited about my new purchase. Great price, can’t wait to try it. Will update review later

I know people love this but it did not work for me. Instuctions are very poor. Had to watch a lot of videos to know how to use it.
