She loves it and got rid of a bunch of other items this replaced. It's cool watching the hair get sucked on to it and making nice curled. Saves time too!

It works exactly how a top of the line hair product should. "flawless". The only down side has been the learning curve with it.

First I should start by saying I have rheumatoid arthritis which makes simple tasks like doing hair very painful. The airwrap is much lighter then I even expected and my lighter then my normal hairdryer. When doing curls I barely have to lift my arms which is great and doesn't cause me pain. I had watched a few videos before I bought and once it arrived it was very easy to use. Watching the videos helped me understand how to allow my hair to wrap around. I would recommend this to everyone! I can have my hair done wet to dry and styled in about 20 minutes.

It is very well made and a great concept but does not have the heating power to make curls that last. I did my hair relatively quickly (about 25 minutes) I have waist length hair even used some mousse in it prior to help with hold but within 20 minutes it was already falling. I should have done more research before purchasing and would have seen that this is a common complaint amongst those that have anything other than thin hair. In order to get curls that last a little longer I have to use the smaller barrel that creates a tighter curl and even that doesn’t hold very long. The straightener brush doesn’t have a enough pull to get it really straight I have wavy hair and the smoothing part works good for flyaways but can’t smooth the rest because the straightener brush couldn’t get it very straight. If you have thin hair I would say go for it. But otherwise please save your money!

The best hair tool you could get seriously everything all in one. The only issue? I’ve barely used it and for months the lights been flashing red as if I need to clean the filter. It’s as clean as could be. Really frustrating for the money you pay.

My hair has been damaged from years of bleaching but this dryer makes my hair feel soft and healthy. I know it’s pricy but it works extremely well.

She has been having issues with damaged hair recently and I came accross this. It is FAR more gentle on hair as it's not a direct heat plate, but instead hot air.

There's also a learning curve to it and I found that it's hard to keep the curls separated while using it.

It it so quick and I love the fact that does not burn my hair. It is always important to use a protector termic but this machine is the machine.
