From her review: the curls don’t stay, it doesn’t perform like any of the videos she’s watched and for the price Dyson charges for this…it should be half of that at most. Very nice design and craftsmanship, but the execution and performance leaves MUCH to be desired. This is NOT plug and play. It definitely takes some teaching and training to make it work…slightly We will continue to experiment, but I would warn anyone close to me to think before they buy. I don’t feel it’s worth the $600+ they charge.

I have think and semi curly hair but very frizzy! This is amazing If you can use a hair brush you will have no problem with this! Now I look like I went to the salon everyday to get my hair done! Amazing product! Before I had to shower the night before if I wanted to straighten my hair the next day.( I don’t like to blow dry and then straighten my hair because I don’t want to damage it with the heat) what use to take me a little over an hour to straighten my hair NO LIE takes me 20min TOPS with this!!! LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!

Great for people with thin hair.

I need a big one because I have a lot of hair, I really wanted to keep it, but 650$ and not been satisfied 100% is not a good idea.
