It works really good , I love it, it works as a hair blower and a straightener without the heat

Bought for Christmas present for wife, she uses it pretty much everyday. She watches YouTube videos on tips and it works great, also it's easy to travel with so thats nice.

Hard to use but just takes a lot of trial and error to figure out what works best for your hair type. I have frizzy hair and hated this tool For a looooong time because I would be a frizzy head until I got a little better with a lot of TikTok videos.

Very useful for hair styling purpose with less damage to hair

Let me start by saying that the Dyson Airwrap is an amazing styling tool when it works. My wife was thrilled when she received it as a gift, and the first few uses yielded beautiful results. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when the Airwrap suddenly stopped working on the fourth use. We were out of town, but thankfully, Dyson's customer service was friendly and helpful over the phone. The representative walked me through troubleshooting steps, but when that didn't work, he insisted on a video conference to watch me repeat the process. While I understand the need for thoroughness, it felt a bit excessive and inconvenient. The real disappointment came when the representative informed us that we would have to return the defective unit before they would send a replacement. Considering the high price of the Airwrap (nearly $500), I was shocked that they wouldn't expedite the process to ensure customer satisfaction. We were left without a working product for an entire month, which was unacceptable. Thankfully, the replacement unit finally arrived and has been working well so far. However, the initial experience left a sour taste in our mouths. While the Airwrap is undoubtedly a great product when it functions properly, the lack of urgency and customer-centric solutions from Dyson during our time of need was disappointing. Overall, I would recommend the Dyson Airwrap with caution. It's a fantastic styling tool, but be prepared for potential hiccups and a less-than-ideal customer service experience if you encounter any issues.

Works well. Does not get as hot as other devices. This is great for wavy to straight hair.

The wand itself is heavy and doesn't work great on thick wavy hair. My hair will curl (and hold it) amazingly with a normal curler. With this, it wouldn't stay longer than an hour. Despite the "anti-frizz" technology, I saw zero difference.

Best hair tool. Does everything I hoped it could and then some! Can't recommend this enough.

I love it and I can live without it. It’s amazing! My hair looks incredible and I didn’t have to use a straightening iron on my roots as I usually do because it was nice and smooth.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. I mean who wouldn't?? She says it saves her time, her hair is in better shape (not fried from over-heating it) and it is just plain user friendly! She even offered to straighten my hair the other day and that is no easy task, I can assure you. My usual hair stylist takes about 45 minutes to straighten my hair, when my own daughter did it with this Dyson in about 25 minutes. I have very long, thick, course hair. You really can't go wrong for all of the styling pieces you get. Oh, and my daughter also said that it is lightweight which helps in using it as well. Buy it!

Dyson's Airwrap Styler is the best thing I've gotten for myself! So easy to use and my hair is dried and styled in one step. No more drying, then using the electric curler to set the curl. It's wonderful!
