Great product out in the market. Easy to use and works good on slightly wet hairs. This was a Christmas gift from my husband and I am so glad he bought it for me. I was hesitating if it would work on my straight hairs, well it really does. Totally renewed my looks and provided nice curls. The original delivery date was moved to a later date due to high volumes of packages, but Best Buy was great and changed delivery to UPS 2nd Day Air® for faster delivery. Shout out to Best Buy for that.

My wife said she wanted a new curling iron/ blow dryer...i say sure no problem go ahead and get it. She says it's kind of expensive. me. just go get it. her. Ok but it's 600.00. Aafter i wake up on the floor a few minutes later. i sayThat's ok, she never ask for much anyway so we went to best buy and purchased it. After the first use she said this is the best hair styler she had ever used and well worth the money. And i have to agree that's the best her hair has look in a while and in half the time.... AWESOME PRODUCT....

I never thought a hair dryer could work so good. As always Dyson has done it again with an amazing product.

I purchased this product after reading a variety of reviews. People seem to be somewhat split on the merits of a $500+ product. As a satisfied dyson vacuum owner of 3+ years, I felt comfortable that I was purchasing a quality product. My wife claims it’s intuitive, easy to use and fun. She has not reported any issues, other than learning how to best use the various attachments relative to her type of hair. She also seems to get a kick out of using the hair styler each time. I am happy with the purchase and have no regrets!

Completely disappointed, my wife was very excited to get her dayson, but it is expensive, and she did not dare to ask me for it, I gave it to her for Christmas with great effort, since it is expensive, and in less than 3 weeks failing, the accessory attachment system to the main part is poorly designed, I went to dayson service in Columbus, Ohio the first time, and they changed the color from gold on the top of the head to purple, (a color we do not like) but I accepted because they told me that it would take more than 1 month to change, which if it works correctly I do not see the problem other than we do not like the purple color. but in less than 2 days the problem persisted, we went back, and this time I was willing to leave the equipment for a complete change even if it would take time, but the gentleman at the Dyson service center was rude and told me exactly these words: "THIS SITUATION IS PERFECTLY NORMAL" and I asked him, IS IT NORMAL that when you use the hair dryer comb it falls out or stays in your hair,? or do you mean, a defect in the device or bad design? it's not normal like that. He tells me it's normal... and I ask myself? $600 so that my wife today ends up using a $32 dryer with the same Dyson design and it works better, you'll understand the level of DISAPPOINTMENT, not to say that we feel scammed or robbed. Honestly, the bureaucracy and my peace of mind, are worth more than any absurd process of supposedly more than 1 month to have the entire device replaced. anyway, DON'T I RECOMMEND. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Customer service in Columbus, OHIO, depends on your mood and the person you're lucky enough to get. Unfortunately, the rude person who helped me didn't even want to process the warranty, and supposedly had to do it myself when the first person asked me if I wanted to change the part to a different color, or request a complete replacement of the unit. At this point, MY EXPERIENCE IS COMPLETELY WRECKED, AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. If Dyson wants to contact me, I'm open to contact, but I doubt they'll change my mind. I repeat, it was a sacrifice, a financial effort, with the hope of Christmas, to endure a SUPER BAD EXPERIENCE ON EVERY LEVEL.

Best item you can ever grt for the wife she is very happy with it

This product is amazing! I can dry my hair in less than five minutes and look like I came from the salon. The attachments are easy to use and store.

I bought this Airwrap in Feb of 2022. 5 months after my warranty was up my Airwrap stopped working. Went to have it looked at and they said they THINK it’s the motor but there’s nothing they can do because it’s outside of the warranty period and they won’t replace motors on them. The Airwrap has no damage, the filter was cleaned regularly, and it was well taken care of. I had confidence in Dyson products. I ditched all of my other styling tools believe this was a reputable brand with dependable products. Now I’m out all my money and their solution is to spend another $600+ on a new machine. I spent over $500 on a machine that lasted me 2 years. What a scam.

I can blow dry and curl my hair in 20 minutes in the curl actually stays in all day. I know it’s a little expensive but totally worth it
