Went to have it looked at and they said they THINK it’s the motor but there’s nothing they can do because it’s outside of the warranty period and they won’t replace motors on them. The Airwrap has no damage, the filter was cleaned regularly, and it was well taken care of. I had confidence in Dyson products. I ditched all of my other styling tools believe this was a reputable brand with dependable products. Now I’m out all my money and their solution is to spend another $600+ on a new machine. I spent over $500 on a machine that lasted me 2 years. What a scam.

She claims that the curls look more natural and that her hair is softer after using it. She also claims that she appreciates how it doesn’t damage her hair to use it. Turns out this ended up being a top notch gift, would recommend.
