My hair is thick and the airwrap does an amazing job wet or dry. The drying tool is just as good as the original dyson dryer. I stand by dyson products.

Initially my wife had a hard time trying to curl her hair with this tool. After a couple of Dyson videos, she absolutely loves it! Easy to use for teenagers too!

This blow dryer dies my hair much quicker than a standard blow dryer and the various attachments make styling easier than with a nozzle and round brush!

It’s good but not great. For the price point, I decided to return this product. The styling took me much longer than normal, and did not hold well ( even when using on wet hair)

Please don't buy an Airwrap. It is too expensive for all the issues it has. The first machine I got I had to return because a small section of the attachment connector lining melted, so the attachments fell off while using it. I am not sure how the melting happened since I never abused the machine. I asked for a replacement, and now the replacement has stopped working. At first, it was cutting off after a few seconds and flashing a white light. Now, it is flashing red and does not turn on. I am out of warranty, so I cannot get another replacement. I will take it to the service center to see if it can be fixed. I am so disappointed with all the issues I have had with the Airwrap. I have never had any issues with my other Dyson products.

Finally, a piece of tech that the wife loves! Got this as a gift for her and she loves it. Its surprisingly quiet compared to a hair dryer...which, there is a hair dryer attachment. It's incredibly powerful, like any other dyson product. It feels solid. I actually made an outrageously expensive purchase that my wife LOVES. The price was definitely worth it. The case is awesome and it screams quality. A lot of the bad online reviews seems to be people that don't know how to use it properly. Read the instructions and you won't be disappointed!
