My wife loves this. She loves the ease of use and how much less time it takes to do her hair. Expensive but worth it.

Bought but just started using last month and the brush is faulty and wont stay clicked onto the machine. Call dyson for for customer support and they said I would have to send back mine which could take over a week and they would have to inspect it and then resend a new one which they couldn’t give a timeframe for so I would be out of a hairdryer for at least a month even though they saw on video that it was faulty. I don’t know what else they need to check and why I should be left without a hairdryer for up to a month possibly more – should back up their products. I’m so disappointed. They said a replacement brush is not possible at the time because they are out of stock and they don’t know when it will be back in stock. I wish I had started using it when I first got it so I could’ve returned it to Best Buy but since I passed a 30 day window, that’s not possible. you would think after paying so much money for our product they would help a little bit more. Shame on DYSON!!!

My wife and Daughters love it. Works great and has many different adapters. Wish it was less expensive, but they are getting their money's worth.

Really am enjoying this product. It has reduced hair drying and as sped up the overall process for getting ready to go out.

This product is expensive but worth it. My hair is looking as good as if I went to a professional. The attachments work very well. I love this product.

Awesome product, easy to use. I was able to do have different hair style each day. I love it.

I’ve had this for about a month now, and I love how versatile this tool is. I appreciate that this does not get as hot as my flat iron & curling iron. I also love how the curling attachments give my hair more body than if I used a curling iron alone. It was a learning curve, but I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The only downside is that if you have long hair, the blue and copper doesn’t have long barrels yet. This wasn’t an issue for me but just something to keep in mind.

Its a great too, its saves time, you do not have to dry and than style your hair, you do both at the same time. Does not dry or burn the hair.

The five stars are not so much for me, but for the one who's loved it since the day she unwrapped it--and me a little more every morning since.

One of the best hair tools i have bought! Helps with the heat and my hair drys within atleast 20 mins! Definitely worth the money and purchase!

I can’t go back to a regular blow dryer! I have NBR extensions and let me tell you, the Dyson really gets the job done when it comes to blowouts. I love the travel kit since it comes with many attachments, where I could easily style my hair. The settings on the Dyson itself is very accommodating to each individual’s liking (low-high power, cold-hot). The only complaint I have was the handle on the Dyson being huge and how I have to consistently press on the setting button to set the curl in place. I have small hands and they were getting tired quickly bc of the huge handle and using it to style lots of hair.

I am enjoying using the different attachments to style my hair safely in many different ways. The results look like I just stepped out of the salon.

Been waiting to buy this for a while. Finally did. A bit of a learning curve but after a few uses, it is amazing. Definitely recommend!

Love it .. yes it is expensive but works wonders on the hear... does not damage with high heat and end result is wonderfully.. i highly recommend
