It is too expensive for all the issues it has. The first machine I got I had to return because a small section of the attachment connector lining melted, so the attachments fell off while using it. I am not sure how the melting happened since I never abused the machine. I asked for a replacement, and now the replacement has stopped working. At first, it was cutting off after a few seconds and flashing a white light. Now, it is flashing red and does not turn on. I am out of warranty, so I cannot get another replacement. I will take it to the service center to see if it can be fixed. I am so disappointed with all the issues I have had with the Airwrap. I have never had any issues with my other Dyson products.

I bought this as a gift and really didn’t understand the hype. I basically thought it was a waste of money even after the gift had been unwrapped. However, after trying it, I’m converted from skeptic to believer. My ugly air dried or blow dried head never looks good. This can elevate your hair to salon blow out. Curled the recipients entire head of hair in 6 minutes. We tried it on every friend and long it short, thick or thin, they all looked better. I’m now so jelly of this gift.
