Well my wife tells me it’s not for longer hair which she has, asked if she wanted to return. She said no and will learn how to use it. Pro would be it dries hair fairly quickly and give volume Con would be you have to learn to use the correct barrels since they’re designed to spin a certain direction if you’re looking for that perfect curtain hairstyle. Pro and con, my wife exchanged a hair dryer and another hair styling tool for this single item. This is a pricey item but the warranty is great and I get a little bit of space back of my side of the vanity
