Dyson dies after 9 months RETURNING & NOT REBUYING

It did make nice, easy curls, but your hair has to be wet for it to work. So, on the day after you wash your hair, you have to use a regular curling iron to curl your hair. But the reason for the bad review is that I’ve owned this Dyson product that I paid well over four hundred dollars for less than a year, and it stopped working. It tries to turn on, makes a buzzing sound and then stops and doesn’t power on. I think the filter has to be cleaned, but I cleaned it exactly how they told me to clean it, and still nothing. Luckily, I bought the extended warranty because I’m returning it to Best Buy. I love Best Buy and love that they protect their buyers. They will take back any item if you bought their protection plan, no questions asked. I LOVE BEST BUY! I buy from them over Amazon every day because of their return policy. Best company ever.

Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're glad to hear that in your use, you found that the Dyson Airwrap made such long-lasting curls in your hair. The Dyson Airwrap was designed to work best with damp hair, however all 3 of the brushes can be used on wet hair. If you do start with wet hair and you desire to use the curling barrels, you'd want to start with taking your hair from wet to damp using the pre-styling dryer. If you begin with dry hair, you can use a water spray bottle to dampen each section of hair as you style.
It's very unusual to hear that your Airwrap isn't working properly. Hearing a buzzing noise would be unusual. Then in November he had me do a pick up for him at best buy and the handed me this. I was beyond happy. This styler keeps my hair so soft and looks healthy! Best boyfriend ever!! We already own several Dyson products, so I knew it was going to be of quality . Sure enough, I am impressed by this product. It comes in an exquisite box, perfect for gifting. Takes a little getting used too since it’s not necessarily like other flat irons and curling wands I’ve used before. I definitely think it was worth the money since it does less damage to your hair than other heating tools for your hair. Also it gets my hair done pretty fast and I have a thick head of hair.
