Thought it was a great product, but it did not produce the curls that I wanted. My hair is very fine an thin an it a chin length bob. Did not want a o spend another $50 dollars on smaller barrels. I returned an got dryer.

I bought this as a give for my wife. I gained many brownie points for this purchase. She loves it. It has sped up her time getting ready to work and allowed her to sleep in a little longer in the mornings.

Honestly.. Its good. But nothing crazy, for me atleast. I have 22” extensions and all the brush attachments and dryer work really well. But the actual barrel’s dont. I have watched alot of air wrap how-to’s and I have noticed in majority of them it’s being used on medium-short hair. I know on Dyson website it has you customize if you need the extended barrels vs the regular ones it comes with. But thats not where i got it from. Then again I dont know how well it would hold on that long of hair. I tried on my natural/wavy short hair and it gave a TON of volume and looked nice but still had a decent amount of frizz. Overall I give it a 6/10. Its nice but I don’t think its worth $600 for the same effect you can do with a blow dryer and a round brush. Or maybe i just suck at it. Ah well

So, I purchased this for my girlfriend and she has this now for quite some time. Honestly, she does not use it at all because she has very long and heavy hair and the tools don’t seem to be equipped to handle such long hair. However, when she gets it to work, after 3+ hours, she agrees that her curls stay for a longer time.

My gal loved receiving this as a gift and I've loved the change in her hair since she mattered using it. Her hair has a softer, silkier appearance every single day and she enjoys the compliments as well as the results.

I love this hair tool but it is waaaay too expensive.

I bought this as a present for my wife. She is totally in love with the Dyson Airwrap. Her favorite is the curling adapter. The Dyson uses air to wrap her hair around the adapter. It's pretty amazing when she showed me.

Works for most hair types but doesn’t get as hot as a normal curling iron. Can’t beat the versatility of the unit being able to curl/brush/dry! Works great even after 2 years of use. Make sure to clean the filter with the included brush or it will shutdown on you.

amazing product. Definitely is not the same results as those intense heat methods but saves you from heat damage thats forsure. It also got my angry girl to stop yelling at me

My wife has been loving this thing so far. She bit the bullet on this one although a little hesitant. To date she uses it quite frequently. Recommended for sure!

My hair looks and feels like I just left a salon. It's pricey but worth it if you go to the salon regularly for a blow out, blow dry or straighten.

My wife really enjoys this, has been using it several times a week and the price tag seems to be justified for this purchase. The Dyson name typically holds up well and there aren't many competitors with this.

Gifted this to my daughters for Christmas and they were overjoyed! I got the last 2 the store had and the BB person who helped was awesome!!

I ordered this product online. UPS delivered to a different address. UPS ran an investigation and determined that in fact it wasn't delivered to my address and referred the claim back to the sender (bestbuy). It has been almost a month and I have not gotten a replacement or refund. Every time I call into customer service, they give me the run around. UNACCEPTABLE! terrible experience.

The most impressive, functional, and luxurious hair dryer I have never had. It is expensive but reasonable if you use it at least one time. I recommend you to buy this item if you want treat yourself.

Love the dyson airwrap complete. It takes a little bit of getting use to but once you get it, its amazing! Only downside is its cost and not sure if I could recommend to friends unless the cost came down.

I’ve never used it. I got for my wife. She says it’s the best thing I’ve ever bought her. She says it does all this stuff with her hair that people would normally go to the “blowout” store for - whatever that means.
