No way to get your money back and they will only offer to send you a new one. I'd rather just have my money back because apparently this is a trending issue with these! BestBuy was absolutely no help.

I would rather just have the blow dryer which is more useful for every day.

Has an attachment that allows it to be used as a hair dryer, although not the strongest hair dryer.

The paddle brushes make my hair so frizzy and feel dried out. The curler attachments create such beautiful Victorian curls though and the whole unit comes in a very nice quality box.
