For a product you spend so much it was very disappointing. I contacted Dyson and they easily replaced it with a new one without any extra charge.

Stopped working after 2 uses.

Even with all their trouble shooting was a defective unit apparently. Had to contact dyson support only to be told it needed to be replaced by dyson. I mean for $599 this thing should last more than 2 uses. Returning to Best Buy and waiting for the Shark to come back in stock.
