It was a nightmare during the shipping process (I received it 2 weeks after the ETA). When I finally gave it to my wife she was so happy until she tried it. Her hair is very frizzy and long so when she tried it out it her curls were very frizzy and they only last like one hour. Needless to say it was not worth the money nor the stress of the shipping. She will be returning it.

Even with all their trouble shooting was a defective unit apparently. Had to contact dyson support only to be told it needed to be replaced by dyson. I mean for $599 this thing should last more than 2 uses. Returning to Best Buy and waiting for the Shark to come back in stock.
