Quality is excellent as expected for most Dyson products. I have two Dyson air purifiers and two Dyson vacuums already. She was excited to receive it, seems to love it and uses it all the time. Don’t know how she’d live without it now.

Super quick to use once you get used to it; meaning learning curve is required. Carrying case is nice to have but feels a bit cheap.

I’ve used the Chi one before but this one beats it. This also keeps the hair softer and silky and the curls last long.

Changing to this dryer did take some getting used to as it does operate differently that what I was accustomed to, but after the adjustment the quality is apparent as is the performance.

After looking at a lot of YouTube reviews, I decided to sell the older one and buy the new version. There is definitely a lot of difference between the two models because the newer one is way more powerful and takes less time in comparison to the older Dyson. I think this is a fantastic upgrade. If you are planning to buy this one, give no more thoughts. This is surely worth it!
